About Me

I’m Pedro, and I help leaders use their strengths effectively, and not obsess over their shortcomings.

I hate seeing smart, capable people tie themselves in knots believing that development is all about fixing what’s “wrong” – it isn’t. Everyone has the raw material they need. They often just don’t know how to use it properly.

I learned this early in my career. I noticed how teams stalled, not because of incompetence, but because they misunderstood their own thinking patterns. People leaders also fail when they disregard the multiple dynamics in play. That pushed me into studying psychology, hypnotherapy, and coaching, to understand what shapes our inner dialogue, and how quickly it can be rewired.

Today, sometimes I’m a coach, sometimes a consultant, sometimes a mentor – depending on what you need in the moment. The aim is always the same: you walk away confident, clear, and equipped to act in a way that is authentic, effective, and grounded in your strengths.

How I Work

I don’t arrive with a template. I start by understanding how you think, what you’re good at, and where those strengths are going unused or unrecognised.

From there we build. Goals that are honest, plans that are executable, and a leadership approach that feels like yours – because it is. I’ll challenge you when you need it and back you when it counts. I won’t give you the answers, but you’ll find the right questions. And that’s usually what was missing.

Why Now?

The right time to invest in your leadership was probably earlier. The second best time is now.

If you’re willing to be honest about where you are and curious about where you could go, we’ll work well together. And the measure of good coaching outcomes is that you no longer need it – this isn’t a forever relationship.
